Payment by credit card or PayPal is accepted but will incur a 5% convenience fee. The minimum stay for reservations made online is 2 nights.
If you would like to stay for only a single night please contact us directly for a reservation,
and If you book it on a weekend and plan to come in within a day or two please call the ranch at 830-232-6003 to confirm before you arrive.

Each additional person over 8 is $50/per night/maximum 16 people.

***IF AVAILABLE... We're more than happy to offer an EARLY CHECK-IN at 12 PM or LATE CHECK-OUT at 2 PM (EXTRA 4 HOURS) for $250 EACH. Please note this option is ONLY available if other guests are NOT checking-in or checking-out the same day as you as our cleaning staff need the full allotted time between guests to prepare the house, so that it's perfect for all of our guests.***

Payment
Upon booking a reservation 1/2 of the money due is collected as a deposit to hold the selected dates and is payable immediately to Circle H Ranch. Reservations cannot be held without a deposit. The remaining balance is due within ONE MONTH of reservation. We accept DIGITAL CHECKS & CASH for no additional charge. No cleaning deposit is required. ***At time of Booking, a Credit Card is kept on file for ALL reservations, regardless, if paying by check or cash. Any damages caused by guests, disregard of check-out procedures or need for excessive cleaning will be charged to the credit card on file. The person who makes the reservation is responsible for their group. A $250 cleaning fee and $250 property access fee will be incurred per each reservation. All other available rentals and/or special catering are add-ons and are not included with the house rental quote unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written quote provided to you by Circle H Ranch. Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens, and there are times when cancellations are unavoidable. No refunds are provided; HOWEVER, we will apply your payment to us towards a future reservation with us booked within one year of the original reservation. A $250 re-booking fee applies.
Well-equipped house
The kitchen includes a large side by side refrigerator, convection double-oven, large microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, coffee pot, toaster oven, crockpot, & cooking essentials. For barbeque enthusiasts a barbecue grill and a fire pit are provided outside. A fire starter and wood is provided. Bring coal if you prefer. The spacious yard that surrounds the lodge is perfect for picnics. A washer and dryer are on the premises for your use. Please bring your own laundry soap. We provide linens and bathroom towels but do not launder during your stay.
Smoking inside any HOUSE at Circle H is strictly prohibited. Fines will be incurred on the credit card on file. Cigarette/Cigar butts and excessive trash found on grounds are subject to fines to the credit card on file. No pets.
What to Bring
You may want to consider bringing paper and plastic goods if you're not up for washing our real stuff, drinks, food, seasonings, charcoal (or use real coals from your campfire), bug spray, sunblock, swim towels, water shoes, dvds, music, a good book, and for you techies who need to stay connected...Yes, we have FREE Wi-fi. : ) You can purchase a wide range of beer, wine and hard liquor in Leakey. You'll need to bring your own supply to last your stay.
